Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of probabilitytraderpro.com and any PTP account or subscription. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

2. Free accounts and PTP Pro

A free account includes the Daily Pick. PTP Pro is a paid subscription that includes the full ML table, the ML + Fundamentals list, the Four-Gate Selections, and the 90% CSP/Wheel levels. Features may change over time.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

PTP Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the rate shown when you subscribe, currently $39 per month, and renews automatically until you cancel. A founding-member rate stays locked for as long as that subscription remains active; if you cancel and later resubscribe, the rate then in effect applies. Members who subscribed through the previous PTP website keep their existing rate. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Permitted use

Content is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, scrape, or systematically download PTP selections, tables, levels, or other member content, or share them with non-members, without written permission.

5. No investment advice

PTP content is general research, not personalized investment advice. The Disclaimer (/disclaimer) is part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, models, data presentations, text, and branding belong to PTP or its licensors.

7. Availability

We aim to publish every trading day but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content may be delayed, updated, or unavailable because of market events, data problems, or maintenance.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTP and Dr. Krider are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, including sharing or redistributing member content.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes will be resolved only by arbitration.
