Research, not personalized advice

Probability Trader Pro ("PTP") publishes statistical research: machine-learning probability estimates, fundamental screens, current-event reviews, the Four-Gate Selections, the Daily Pick, and 90% CSP/Wheel levels. This information is general and impersonal. It is not tailored to any person's finances, objectives, or risk tolerance, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to enter any options position.

Neither PTP nor Dr. James Krider is currently registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer. PTP is offered as a bona fide publication of general, impersonal research, published on a regular schedule and identical for all members of the same plan. PTP does not provide individualized advice.

Probabilities are not predictions or guarantees

A probability describes uncertainty; it does not remove it. A 75% probability means about one outcome in four is expected to lose. Historical win rates, returns, and other statistics describe past results for a probability band and do not guarantee future results. Model results can differ materially from real-world results, and in unusual market conditions — wars, crises, sudden policy changes — outcomes can fall well below historical rates.

The 90% CSP/Wheel level

The 90% CSP/Wheel level is a model-derived price level based on each stock's historical behavior. About one time in ten, the stock historically closed below the level on the applicable expiration date. The level is not a recommendation to sell a put or to use any particular option strike, and it does not account for your cost basis, margin, taxes, or the premium available.

Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors. Selling cash-secured puts can obligate you to buy the stock at the strike price, and you can lose substantially more than the premium received. Before trading options, read Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options, available from your broker or the Options Clearing Corporation (theocc.com).

Use of AI

PTP uses artificial-intelligence tools to gather and evaluate current public information. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. AI does not calculate or change PTP's machine-learning probabilities, and every Four-Gate Selection receives a final human review before publication.

Data, timing, and errors

PTP relies on third-party market, fundamental, and news data that may contain errors or delays. Selections and levels are posted at the time shown and are not updated as prices move. PTP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information and may correct errors without notice.

Personal trading

Dr. Krider trades using PTP's research and may hold, buy, or sell positions — including options — in securities that appear in PTP content, before or after publication.
